Slow Cooker Turkey Chili with Hidden Veggies |

- 1.5 - 2lbs ground turkey
- 1 small onion diced
- (2) 15.5 oz. cans black beans
- (1) 15.5 oz. can kidney beans
- (1) 2lb 6 oz jar of salsa
- (1) 4.2 oz packet of spinach puree
- 1 Tbls Chili powder
- 1 Tbls cumin
- 1.5 cups of chicken broth
- 1 Tbls olive oil
- Heat 1 Tbls olive oil over medium heat. Brown the turkey and saute the onion and add to the slow cooker.
- Add the beans, salsa, spices and chicken broth to the slow cooker and cook on low about 6 hours.
- Add the spinach puree about 15 minutes before serving. If the chili turns too green, add 1 Tbls paprika.
- To make an extra large batch, follow the directions and add an additional 1.5 - 2lbs ground turkey, 1 can kidney beans, 1 4.2 oz packet of spinach puree, 1 Tbls chili powder, and 1 cup broth.
