If you are searching for “What to make with Thanksgiving leftovers,” then you’ve come to the right place! This Slow Cooker Thanksgiving Leftovers Chili is a good way to use up the last of the Thanksgiving leftovers. I love having leftovers, but I can only take a few days of turkey, ham, and mashed potatoes. The perfect thing about this recipe is that it doesn’t taste like Thanksgiving dinner, but still uses up those leftovers for a whole new meal!
I use Red Gold tomatoes (petite diced) in this recipe, but you can use any of their diced tomato products and I know it will be delicious. All Red Gold tomatoes are non-gmo, family-owned and grown, and are picked at peak freshness and canned in as little as FOUR hours. Did you know that some fresh fruit can take WEEKS to get to your local grocery store?! Not only is Red Gold canned food nutritious, but is sustainably-produced and environmentally-friendly. Aluminum and steel cans are actually 100% recyclable and 75% of all aluminum ever produced is still in use today! Check out my time in Indianapolis at Triple S Farm, a family-owned tomato farm that grows tomatoes for Red Gold, where I see the farm-to-can process for myself and share why I use more canned food in my family’s diet.

Using Thanksgiving Leftovers
Reusing leftover ham or turkey in recipes is easy, but don’t be afraid to use your other leftovers in this chili recipe! You may think sweet potatoes is an odd choice in chili, but just omit the sweet topping you had during Thanksgiving and it is not as sweet as you think it will be! You could even add your leftover creamed corn or regular mashed potatoes. Looking for other Thanksgiving recipes? Try my
