It’s a New Year and like many, I started it off by beginning a healthy eating and exercise program. I’m eating a lot of fruits, veggies and proteins and drinking more water then I can keep track of! Greek yogurt is high in protein (These Yoplait® flavors have 9-12g of protein per a 100 calorie cup!), so I have it stocked in my fridge right alongside my other prepped meals and snacks. There are those who like to eat the same thing over and over again, but I am not one of them. I like to mix things up. Yoplait® has countless ways to help you 1-Up Your Cup! I went to Walmart and picked out four of my favorite Yoplait® flavors and came up with three ways to 1-up each of them. Hopefully these ideas will help you put a little spin on your regular Yoplait® flavors.
10+ Ways To 1-Up Your Cup
First Flavor: Greek 100 Apple Pie
How to 1-Up: honey, granola, or cinnamon and sugar apples (slice a half of apple, sprinkle 1 tsp of sugar and 1 tsp of cinnamon and microwave for 1 minute!) Or you could put a little of all three!
Second Flavor: Greek 100 honey
How to 1-Up: slivered almonds, strawberry preserves or pumpkin puree and cinnamon… Or you could put a little of all three!
Third Flavor: Greek 100 Whips! Black Cherry (If you’ve never had Whips! before, you must try them. It’s a light and airy version of yogurt!)
How to 1-Up: shredded coconut, chocolate chips or white chocolate chips….Or you could put a little of all three!
Fourth Flavor: Greek 100 Banana Caramel
How to 1-Up: peanut butter, pecans, a (small) caramel drizzle and sliced banana… Or you could put a little of all four?!
