The holidays can get stressful, but they shouldn’t be. You should wind down, sipping a Cranberry Sorbet Christmas Cocktail while watching a classic Christmas movie. My siblings and I always laugh at my dad because of his love of all of those cheesy Hallmark Christmas movies. There’s only so many times you can watch Boyfriend for Christmas!

Recipe Notes:
If you can’t find cranberry sorbet, you can MAKE YOUR OWN or use raspberry sorbet. I use sprigs of rosemary for the green color and it reminds me of pine needles. Did you know that pine needles are actually edible? If you’d like to go that route, you can look for more information here on EDIBLE PINE NEEDLES. I think rosemary looks just as nice and is easily accessible at most grocery stores. The fresh cranberries are soaked in a simple syrup then rolled in sugar. Here’s an EASY RECIPE. These things are all optional of course, but are the perfect touch if you are entertaining guests!
- 14 oz. cranberry sorbet
- 5 shots of vodka
- 2 liter of 7UP®
- Optional: sprigs of rosemary and sugared cranberries
- Place 2-3 scoops of cranberry sorbet in the bottom of a glass.
- Top with 1 shot of vodka
- Fill the glass to the top with 7UP®
- Garnish with a rosemary sprig and sugared cranberries
