I have developed almost 40 recipes for Litehouse and am loving every minute of it because I haven’t found a product that I didn’t like. This baked sweet potato bar is one of my favorite ideas. Sweet potatoes are filled with Vitamin A, fat free and have relatively low sodium. They do contain fewer calories then regular white potatoes as well. I regularly use sweet potatoes in place of white in homemade baked french fries, mashed potatoes and baked potatoes. It’s an easy way to get extra vitamins and minerals by making that switch.
