Peanut butter and jelly: the most infamous kid-food found in lunch boxes everywhere.
I’m making PB&Js a little more fun with these 3 Ingredient Peanut Butter and Jelly Bites. These are the perfect bite-sized snack for little ones and you can substitute any dried fruit and any nut or seed butter to create your own versions.
With only three ingredients, it’s not hard to make! You take your dried fruit and chop in the Food Processor. Then you can roll the fruit into little bite-sized balls. These are going to be a little sticky, so while you are melting the peanut butter you can pop them in the freezer.
After trying my hand at making truffles dipped in chocolate, I can tell you peanut butter is like a dream to melt. So easy! Drop each dried fruit ball in the melted peanut butter and tap the excess off. You can then roll it in crushed graham crackers or Nilla wafers.
So…..
dried fruit = the jelly
peanut butter = well, peanut butter
graham crackers = the bread
voila! Peanut butter and Jelly Bites!
I would probably store these PB&J Bites in the fridge or at least out of warm places. If the peanut butter melts, it sure wouldn’t be a kid-friendly food anymore!
Let me know if you try any other variations!

Chrystal, the raisins are a play on Grape Jelly- they are basically made from the same thing! Yes, you can certainly substitute any dried fruit for the raisins!

I love dates! My kids would love the finger food :)
What a great twist on PB&J. I am not sure about the raisins. I can’t remember the last time I had PB and raisins together. I am sure the kiddo would love it. I would want to try it with maybe a date and some almond butter for another variety.
I love dates. I use them often in my salads (I am almost raw vegan) I plan to do baclava soon because my son loves them
You can easily replace with sunflower seed butter!
How easy and yummy these look! These would be a prefect snack to pop into my kid’s lunchboxes.
These look amazing! Sound pretty simple to make. I will have to try them out this weekend.
So easy, so quick, so delicious!! I love this recipe for the kiddos, and maybe even for me too. ;)
These are so clever. They’d be perfect to make for a party or even a playdate. I would have to make a double batch since I’d eat these up myself!
How innovative I know kids would love this! You just gave me an idea…PB&J pops!!! Yay!
This is such a clever and healthy recipe. If only my daughter’s school wasn’t peanut-free I’d make them and pack in her lunchbox. I’m still going to make them we’ll just have to eat them at home.
I love this. It sounds yummy. I’m sure my kids would love it too!
This is such a neat and cute idea. I bet my son and his buddies would love these.

I’m not a fan of raisins but I bet these would be good with dates too. I love bite sized snacks like these!
Interesting twist on PB&J Hubs eats them every. single. day. and swears that he’s not tired of them even though it’s been years. I don’t believe him.
This is SUCH a smart take on regular peanut butter and jelly sandwiches! My son would totally love these and they look so easy to make.
