I’m an oatmeal lover. Blueberry oatmeal, quinoa oatmeal, overnight oats– it’s all good. Breakfast provides the much needed fuel for your body to start the day. Nothing is better than waking up to a hot cup of coffee and a big bowl of oatmeal.
My husband wakes up before the rest of the house, but I try to make breakfast a priority with my son. We sit at the table, eat our breakfast, and read a kids daily devotional. When we do this our days seem to start and end better.
Quaker® Perfect Portions Oatmeal maple flavor is what we have been enjoying lately. I like the idea of multiserve instant oatmeal. It’s easy to prepare a little bowl for my son and a bigger bowl for myself at the same time. I like to add brown sugar and pepitas to mine while my picky eater likes his plain. There is no added sugar so everyone can sweeten it to their liking. The 4 grams of fiber and 6 grams of protein is a plus too!
