Food is about family. Food can bring conversation, bonding, learning, and memories. My son is three now and ever since he could, he has been in the kitchen baking cookies and other easy meals. I want him to have memories in the kitchen because ultimately they are memories of family.
The Family Dish is about conversation, good laughs, great products, and bringing families together for quality time through food. The products associated with The Family Dish are family favorites: Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise, Knorr Pasta Sides, Lipton Recipe Secrets, and Skippy Creamy Peanut Butter.
The Family Dish provided me with a gift card to make a meal for my Mother’s birthday that included some of these family friendly recipes from their website . My mom actually said this was one of the best birthday present’s I have ever given her! (Just goes to show that food brings families together and creates memories)
For the meal I made some super easy recipes including Chicken Parmesan and Peanut Butter Fruit Dip, but also included some of my own recipes including my mom’s favorite Asian Chicken Salad.
