Tuna Potato Salad Recipe

No mayo in this potato salad! Prime Fillet solid white Albacore tuna combined with fresh spices really make this a potato salad recipe everyone will be asking for. Using a vinaigrette mixed with country Dijon mustard instead of mayo makes it lighter and more flavorful. Chef Scott Leibfried, along with Bumble Bee and The Bee Squad attended BlogHer to showcase simple recipes. I wasn’t able to make it to New York, but you can view the event on fellow Bee Squad member’s pages: Mommy Mandy and The Thrifty Mommy.
