I have underestimated the versatility of tuna. Tuna Enchiladas? Teriyaki Tuna Burgers? I bet you haven’t had those! You can even create many different varieties of Tuna Sandwiches. Here are a few ways you can turn a regular ‘ole tuna sandwhich into something special.
- Mayonnaise, paprika, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper
- onion, celery, tomato, black olives, balsamic vinegar
- Sour cream, shredded mozzarella, sweet relish
- Mayonnaise, Dorothy Lynch dressing
- Roasted Red Peppers, Basil, red wine vinegar
- Mayonnaise, water chestnuts, celery
You can also switch it up with a variety of breads….
- Tortillas
- Focaccia
- Flat bread
- Rolls

- Flavored: Spicy Thai Chili, Lemon Pepper, Sundried Tomato and Basil
- Solid White Albacore in Water or Oil (cans or pouches)
- Albacore Steaks
- Low Sodium
- Light Tuna
- Tonno in Olive oil
