Over four years ago I was newly engaged and on the hunt for the most important dress of my life. It just so happened that I found the gown at one of my first stops, David’s Bridal, and for the fabulous price of $350. It wasn’t a stressful experience like some brides say, and maybe that’s because I’m far from a “bridezilla,” but with the selection at David’s Bridal you can’t go wrong. I didn’t really have a wedding dress budget, it just so happened that the dress I chose was in their extensive clearance section. If you are looking for name brand and a more expensive dress- they have that too.
Tomorrow I will be attending the wedding of one of my childhood friends and I didn’t have a suitable dress in my closet. I wasn’t aware that David’s Bridal had dresses for proms and special occasions, so a few weeks ago I headed into the very place I found my wedding dress. Assisted by a David’s Bridal associate, I was able to find a few dresses in no time that were exactly the type and price range I was looking for. The first dress I tried on was this Short One Shoulder Stretch Jacquard for $99 that is a part of their special occasion line and is actually the one I ended up buying. The shoes that I was trying on for the sake of seeing how heels would look with the dress actually went perfectly, so I bought those too.
I was impressed with the selection of special occasion dresses and am glad I found a nice outfit for under $150 that I can where to different events throughout the years. If you are looking for a nice dress for a special occasion, stop into David’s Bridal- you might be surprised!
