Fresh, Innovative drinks combining the art of mixology with the delicious flavors of Silk.

You can find yummy Silk drinks on their Mixology page which are perfect for breakfast or snacks. I usually like to have smoothies for breakfast and pack them with nutritious ingredients like spinach and flax seeds, so I tailored this recipe for Silk Mango Lassi.

Silk Green Mango Lassi

3/4 cup Silk Original or Vanilla soymilk or almond milk
3/4 cup diced ripe mango
1/2 cup fresh spinach
Pinch of salt
1/4 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 Tbsp honey
1 tsp ground flax seed
1/2 cup ice cubes

In a blender, combine all ingredients until thick and creamy, about 2 minutes.

  1. Wow! I never imagined spinach in a drink. LOL. I haven’t tried Silk though only the regular soy milk found everywhere. Now I’m curious about the taste. How is silk different from the regular soymilk?
