Quaker Soft Baked Bars

This post brought to you by Quaker Oats. All opinions are 100% mine.

We always hear how breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I must admit…. because I'm not a morning person, I often skip breakfast. After dragging myself out of bed in the morning, the last thing I'd like to do is make wholesome food. {I go straight for the coffee!}

I do strive to be healthier and make healthier choices for my family but as a Busy Mom, there needs to be a good balance between health and convenience.

In come these breakfast beauties….

This is a Banana Nut breakfast bar.

As you can see it doesn't look like your typical packaged bar, it looks fresh out of the bakery! This Quaker Soft Baked Bar has 140 calories, 5 grams of fiber, 6 grams of protein and is an excellent source of 5 B-Vitamins. These are some good nutritional stats for a breakfast snack

When I do have breakfast I usually have granola bars that are typically higher in calories and lower in protein.  With some fresh fruit, these Quaker Soft Bars are my new go-to breakfast.

You can grab-and-go for breakfast on the run or warm them up in the microwave and drink with your morning coffee for a more decadent experience. {My personal fav!}

The Cinnamon Pecan Bread is Colton-tested and approved, but my favorite flavor is the Banana Nut Bread. These aren't just for breakfast, at 140 calories each, I don't feel bad having one as a snack.

Pick up both of these flavors at your local grocery store and let me know which one is your favorite!
