#GrabASpoon ’til June! The Countdown to Summer is On!

The official start to summer is only a few weeks away and many of us are trying to get in shape for swimsuit season. We can’t hibernate in those bulky winter sweaters anymore and nor should we want to! A healthy lifestyle shouldn’t be seasonal.

My goal this summer is to make fresh, well-rounded meals using ingredients from my garden. Some of my favorite, healthy summer meals are: Fridge Berry Oatmeal, Grilled Veggies and Chipotle Shrimp with Sweet Potato Mash. {Try them, they’re delish!} My inspiration boards are full of healthy meals that I’d like to try this summer.

Another goal of mine is to be healthier through exercise, skincare, and haircare and just making overall healthier choices that will help me look and feel my best. Here is my inspiration board for healthy living.

To help with your healthy lifestyle goals, Keri Glassman and Dannon Oikos are encouraging you to ‘Grab a Spoon ‘til June’ with rich and creamy 0% fat Dannon Oikos® Greek nonfat yogurt to help you stay on track towards your goals.

Keri, a nationally recognized dietician shares a few tips to get you started this summer:

  • Every Meal Is A “Monday Morning”. Focus on eating better, one meal at a time. Otherwise it can be easy to get discouraged – forget the worry! Your only mission: Make the next meal you eat nutritious, balanced and satisfying.
  • Don’t Eat Around A Craving. Honor your craving with a conscious indulgence – take a few deep breaths and find a healthy alternative! Try satisfying your sweet tooth with Dannon Oikos® Greek nonfat yogurt, it is nutritious but still has an incredible taste.
{Giveaway!} One winner will receive a signed copy of Keri Glassman’s new book Slim, Calm, Sexy Diet. All you have to do is answer the question: “How do you shake up your diet routine for summer?” in the comments below. A winner will be chosen on July 6th.
Visit OikosYogurt.com and “like” Oikos on Facebook for coupons, recipes and more healthy lifestyle ideas!

I have partnered with Dannon to help promote the Dannon Oikos Greek Grab a Spoon campaign.  I have been compensated for my time commitment to the program, which includes writing about the promotion and product.  However, my opinions are entirely my own and I have not been paid to publish positive comments.
