Week Five Results of My Weight Loss Journey With Amway’s Nutrilite!

My week started off with a two pound weight loss. I have now lost 15 pounds. I should be ecstatic and motivated but I feel like this has been the most difficult week for me.

I don’t know why.

I feel frustrated.

I feel some old cravings creeping up on me.

I don’t want to go down this road and fall back into bad habits.

So, here I am not only being honest with you but most importantly I have to be honest with myself.  I am trying to figure out what has changed for me over the past week that has put me in this negative place.

I have been taking the suggested Nutrilite supplements faithfully.

I ran out of the Nurtilite Meal Bars that I talked about in previous posts.

Excercise has stayed the same but has not increased.

I have not been taking the time to make the recipes as faithfully as I had the first full month.

As I read what I just wrote I can see how important it is to take the time to make the meals.  I also really think having the Nutrilite Meal bars was key for me in keeping my hunger and cravings in control.

I went back and reread some of my previous posts.  I really was into making all the recipes and was enjoying making the food.  I need to get back to that place!

Today is a new day and I am deteremined to work through this!

I had hopes of putting a favorite recipe on last week with a step by step instructions using the Flip Video.  It didn’t turn out as I had hoped so I will redo it and see if I can get it posted this weekend.

Wishing you a day filled with healthy eating and all the nutrients your body deserves!

Keep it up, you’re doing awesome it sounds like. In concert with this weight-loss, I would recommend you reading a book called “The Slight Edge” by Jeff Olson. It can really help you with the mindset and doing the daily things you need to do with not only weight-loss but other areas of your life as well. I’ve been recommending it to everyone I know. Possibly the best book I’ve ever read. :) Best wishes to you!

Susan! Hang in there! Everyone hits plateaus so, believe me, you are not alone! You have to bust through it. Find a new meal that you love, or make a goal for next week, and if you reach it, then reward yourself with something non-food related, like a pedicure! Whatever you decide, just remember that your friends, family, and us readers all have your back!
