Tuna Potato Salad Recipe

No mayo in this potato salad! Prime Fillet solid white Albacore tuna combined with fresh spices really make this a potato salad recipe everyone will be asking for. Using a vinaigrette mixed with country Dijon mustard instead of mayo makes it lighter and more flavorful. Chef Scott Leibfried, along with Bumble Bee and The Bee Squad attended BlogHer to showcase simple recipes. I wasn’t able to make it to New York, but you can view the event on fellow Bee Squad member’s pages: Mommy Mandy and The Thrifty Mommy.

  2. Nice twist. I will have to try this.

  3. Vinaigrette is one of my favorite dressings. I never would have thought to use it in tuna salad! I love tuna salad on days when it is so hot outside. Makes for a very light lunch.

This is something my mom would love. I don’t love tuna, but she puts it in everything so I am giving her this recipe.

  5. Mmmmm — I LOVE tuna salad; I am definitely trying this. Thanks for sharing!

  7. Robin says:

I buy the Prime fillets sometimes. They are less expensive than italian jarred tuns, and I won’t do the stuff in a can.

  8. That’s sounds pretty good. I’m not a fan of mayo so this would be a great alternative.
