VTech MobiGo: Educational Games for ages 3-8
Toys can be educational and fun, that’s my motto. My son isn’t quite old enough to get involved in the types of video games my husband and brothers are obsessed with, but he does like to emulate whatever they do. The new MobiGo from VTech allows Colton to feel like he’s playing a video game “just like daddy”, but the games are actually educational and fun.
About the Mobigo
This touch screen learning system allows children to touch, type, and interact while improving their numbers, letters, listening skills, vocabulary and more. Now available at Toys R Us and Amazon, the Mobigo is for ages 3-8 and retails at $54.99. The handheld gaming system, perfect for little hands, flips open to reveal a Qwerty keyboard that helps children learn their letters and typing skills.

The Games
A game, called Touch and Learn, is included with the Mobigo. Six different games are on the Touch and Learn, and Colton’s favorite game involves a squirrel that you help catch acorns by moving your finger to make different shapes. There are currently 10 different Mobigo games available including:

The Vtech Mobigo is perfect for my son, who is turning 3 in August. Some games are a little too hard for him now, but the more he keeps playing them, he gets better- and that’s the point! Obviously when you make learning fun, kids will learn faster and be interested in practicing. Colton often comes up to me in the middle of the day and asks if he can play his “game”. Since his birthday is coming up in August, I plan on purchasing a case for him and a few games. I know this will be a perfect tool as Colton reaches preschool age.
Purchase the Mobigo
You can purchase the Mobigo at Toys R Us now for $54.99. Visit the VTech website for more information.
“I was given a MobiGo by VTech for my review. I was allowed to keep the product, but the opinion I am sharing remains my own.”

VTech looks great for my kid… I love educational games because it helps me a lot in teaching my kid and preparing her for school.
