I recently posted an easy recipe for Chicken Curry with Thai Kitchen ingredients.  Now, two readers will get a kit as well!  Each kit contains a Thai Kitchen cookbook, 2 Red Curry Pastes, 2 Green Curry Pastes, 1 Roasted Red Chili Paste, Fish Sauce AND a coupon for a free Thai Kitchen product.

  11. I’m a big fan of Thai Kitchen’s Roasted Red Chili Paste – I use it to make several chicken and beef dishes (they probably have names but I just put stuff together and make a stir-fry). I also still have some Thai Iced Tea leaves.

  16. I haven’t tried any of the Thai Kitchen products, but I love Thai food! The first thing I would make…Thai Iced Coffee. I tried it once at a fab restaurant in Phoenix, AZ but can’t find it here locally. The second thing I would make is the Coconut Chicken Soup. YUM!

    I need to win cookbook – we are in a dinner rut! Same three things: meatloaf, soup, pasta. Blah!

  29. Thai Kitchen is one of the companies that is very good about letting eaters know about allergy triggers. I need Gluten-free and they list which I can use. GREAT company.

    I made shrimp spring rolls with rice noodles inside the rice wrap. It was yummy.

  143. I’ve used Thai Kitchen’s coconut milk and red curry paste before. I made a coconut curry dish with tofu, red peppers, and broccoli! I served it with rice, and it was sooooo good! Which reminds me, I should make that again soon…

    I’ve also used Thai Kitchen’s rice noodles, and some of their other sauces before. It is a solid brand that makes great products!

  169. Yes I have tried them. I make the Pad Thai Kit. I wanted to make it this weekend, but my grocery store was sold out. It is really tasty and I add chicken that is soaked in coconut milk. I love their products.
