I’m a big fan of Thai Kitchen’s Roasted Red Chili Paste – I use it to make several chicken and beef dishes (they probably have names but I just put stuff together and make a stir-fry). I also still have some Thai Iced Tea leaves.

I haven’t tried any of the Thai Kitchen products, but I love Thai food! The first thing I would make…Thai Iced Coffee. I tried it once at a fab restaurant in Phoenix, AZ but can’t find it here locally. The second thing I would make is the Coconut Chicken Soup. YUM!

Thai Kitchen is one of the companies that is very good about letting eaters know about allergy triggers. I need Gluten-free and they list which I can use. GREAT company.

I’ve used Thai Kitchen’s coconut milk and red curry paste before. I made a coconut curry dish with tofu, red peppers, and broccoli! I served it with rice, and it was sooooo good! Which reminds me, I should make that again soon…
I’ve also used Thai Kitchen’s rice noodles, and some of their other sauces before. It is a solid brand that makes great products!

I have never tried any of the products before, but have been wanting to try the Chicken Curry recipe. I love the idea of Thai cooking, and for a beginner, need recipes and ingredients that are easy to work with and prepare. Thanks for introducing these products!
