I am a HUGE tuna fish fan. I love making Tuna Melts in which I toast my bread, place tuna fish on it, some shredded cheese and then place it in the oven until the cheese melts. It’s TOO delicious.

I dunno why i never thought to put sour cream in my tuna sandwiches. Lettuce is a definite must. The added crunchiness to the moist tuna texture is freaking amazing. Oh! And diced boiled eggs. Yum. If I wasn’t so exhaused and had loads of laundry to fold, I’d get on that right now.

Honestly, I don’t understand folks who enjoy the cat food called tuna fish from the can.

I like using the Spicy Thai Chili Tuna, with a bit of mayo. I also love my tuna salad with pikles and carrots.

I usually add kraft mayo, relish, onions, and lettuce. Sometimes I may add a chopped boiled egg, yum!

never thought to add Mozzarella cheese that may actually be good

I love tuna, but to save on the bread, add a scoop to a tossed salad, or wrap some in romaine lettuce leaves. That’s versatility.
