I love love love Chili especially because it is so easy. Making meals in the crock pot is extremely simple and great for the winter months. I have tried numerous chili recipes and liked them all, but this is the best one so far- even my husband says so. I adapted it from the Pace Salsa Southwestern Chicken Chili Recipe. You can check out the Pace website, to find other quick and easy recipes. Thank you Pace for providing Busy Mom with the salsas to share these recipes.

How many people does this serve??
Frank,
It looks like chili, it tastes like chili, so we are calling it chili
If it’s made with ground turkey it’s NOT chili. Chili is only made with beef. What you’ve got is spicy ground turkey–nothing more.
This is really easy to make. I will have to add this to next week’s dinner list that I am making up right now.
Northern beans are found in most grocery stores… You could use any white bean. Cannellini would be good.
what are northern beans?
