Review: Jenerations Baby Lotion
I have two baby girls with sensitive skin, so I am always on the look out for natural products. Lotions and creams are especially hard to try because of all the chemicals and fragrances. I was happy to volunteer to try Jenerations Baby lotion and received a bottle to sample and review.
The first thing I noticed when I received my bottle of lotion was how clean it smelled. It has a wonderful light scent of floral (not sure which one, but not over powering). I have sensitive skin too, so I tried it first. I put it on my hands and it felt light, but seemed to have good moisture to it. I don’t like lotions and creams that leave my skin feeling sticky and heavy like I put on a thick layer of petroleum jelly.
When my daughter and I were playing, she noticed my hands smelled differently. She’s only 18 months old, but she notices scents, thanks to me I think!
I tried the lotion on my 18 month old daughter next. She really liked the way it smelled, and tried to help me rub it in. Even though she has sensitive skin and eczema, the lotion did not irritate her skin and did not make her itch. That’s a good thing. I also put the lotion on my 5 month old and it worked well for her too – no irritations and no reactions.
Jenerations baby lotion is sulfate and paraben free, hypoallergenic and made from natural and organic ingredients. They have an impressive list of celebrity clientele!
After visiting their website, I really want to try their Hair Gel too. My oldest daughter has some natural curls in her hair, but it’s so fine that they usually straighten out when her hair dries. I have tried other mousses and gels, but can’t find one that works without being super sticky, crunchy and icky.

Oh this does sound good! I am always looking for natural products for our son’s skin too. He has had Eczema since he was a baby and last year he started taking Vidazorb bellyboost probiotics and they have helped him dramatically! He no longer takes any steroids, he sleeps through the night and he looks and feels great! We are still always careful though as to what we use on his skin. He may always have sensitive skin and I think it is important for all of us to read labels and avoid harmful ingredients! Thanks a lot
