More home cooked meals
I just changed my hair to improve my happiness.
I will take advantage of cooler weather to exercise more by walking farther.
I will organize family cook nights when we all help to prepare a meal together and I will plan an appropriate menu.
I will take tome to focus on my goals each morning and count my blessings each evening.
Now that it’s cooling off, hubby and I are trying to walk more for exercise.
