I do my best to make healthy meals and have have readily available healthy snacks in the fridge for them to grab! We all take Ester-c, to help our immune systems fight off nasty germs…and until I get my water filter, I have bottles of water on hand!

  16. Instead of soda, I switched my family to fortified sports drinks – which are limited to two or 3 a week.

  17. I take a variety of vitamins and CoQ10. I have a number of health issues, including Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, lupus, and osteoporosis. There is a huge difference in the way I function with supplements and without.
