In most cases, all shipments are shipped the same day or within 24 hours of purchase. Many shipments arrive 2-5 business days after it has been shipped, depending on how far you live from Salt Lake City, Utah and which method of shipment you chose upon checkout. (I purchased my Prenatal Yoga DVDs on a Thursday and received them by Saturday!)
