Let me tell you about this ingenious website I found.  I wish I would have come up with the concept of Mix My Granola, because it combines three of my favorite things: health, customization, and online shopping.  Mix My Granola was created when three guys sitting around breakfast were discussing their “perfect granola.”  Each guy had a different idea of what their “perfect granola,” would be.  From there, they started searching out the best ingredients to customize their own granola’s and thought others would like to do the same.  And then Mix My Granola was born.

Ok.. so here’s how it works:  

  1) Choose a healthy granola base
2) Add delicious ingredients
3) They mix your granola order
4) Get it shipped anywhere in the U.S.
5) Eat! Enjoy! Smile!

There are a million different ways you can customize your granola.  They have everything from Organic Gummy Bears and Chocolate Raisins to Wasabi Peas and Sesame Sticks.  All of the products are all-natural and most are organic.

I chose the Low-Fat Granola (base), Goji Berries, Organic Flax Seeds, and Choco Espresso Beans (Delicious Ingredients).  I then named it “Emily’s Granola.”  And yes, Mix My Granola is so customizable they even print a label especially for you with whatever you name your granola and the nutrition facts of your customized granola!

I was extremely satisfied with my experience at Mix My Granola.  The customizing and checkout process was a piece of cake. (eh..granola?)  The shipping time was speedy and of course…. the granola was FABULOUS!
