I am a mom, I am a mom blogger, I deal with moms all day long online and I write reviews and articles especially for moms every day of the week…but I recently was ask when Mother’s Day was…AND I HAD NO CLUE.  Not only that, I also asked a couple other moms when Mother’s Day was, and none of use had a clue.  That’s just sad.

As a mom I tend to focus on everyone but myself…I think that is pretty normal right?  Us moms tend to get focused on what the kids are doing or what they need and us mom bloggers tend to get fixated on finishing the next articles or reviews, so we completely loose focus on US…the woman, and the mom.  There is even a DAY to celebrate moms and none of us know when it is…we should be marking that date with a red marker and be rubbing our hands together with glee because that is OUR DAY!

So, there’s my promise to myself (and I think you should make this promise with me!): I am going to make some time for myself…for ME Victoria, not me MOM or me WIFE…I am going to at least take a couple hours a week and enjoy being Victoria.
