I am currently taking a Yoga and Pilates class each once a week for an hour. Even with that little time I have been feeling more relaxed and even a little more toned. Yoga is perfect for mothers because it takes your mind and body away from the everday commotion. You can find a YogaFit class at your nearby gym or through one of their instructional videos, which you can buy at almost every store and of course at their online shop. I HIGHLY recommend Yoga as a relaxation method or form of exercise for women, especially Busy Moms.
