Just when I thought Spring was coming, I awoke from my dream. Weather is so strange. I don’t know how you can go one day without a coat and the next day you are stuck inside cooking chili while watching a blizzard take place outside (I made Turkey Chili, yum!). Yesterday, the weather channel predicted 8 inches of snow for Omaha, starting around 12. I had not gotten anything for my DH for Valentines day yet, so Colton and I ran to Walgreens. We picked up 2 cases of energy drinks (his favorite) and a big chocolate fish that said “You’ve got me hook, line and sinker.” Guys are so hard to shop for. I struggle with what to get him every holiday.
I think we might be stuck in the house all day. Oh well, its a good day to have some hot chocolate and surf the internet! I just put Colton down for his nap, so I have a few hours. Ya!

I so did not realize you were in Omaha! I’m in North Platte, and we saw much of the same yesterday. I think we ended up with just over a foot of snow!
