Valentines Day has never really been a big deal around here. I couldn’t even tell you what happened last year, or if I even got anything. (Yep, I don’t even know if there was a card). For ONCE I would just like the hubby to go all out. Maybe make dinner, get a few flowers and rent a movie. Ahh that would be spectacular, I bet I would cry. It’s not like I want gifts, and I am sure most of you are the same way. Just him being thoughtful and planning something would be unbelievable.

So here’s the deal: I am going to write a few things to give the hubby’s searching on google for Valentines Day a few ideas. I want you guys to leave comments and give them some of your ideas! If you leave a comment (more are welcome!) you automatically get entered into our next live contest!!

Ideas for Valentines Day

• Make your Wife Dinner or even just dessert. Especially if she usually does all of the cooking. This will shock the living hell out of her (In a good way).
• Make a dinner reservation and line up the babysitter. Don’t tell her until the day of.
• MAKE a coupon book. We want to see how creative you can be. Give her coupons to get “One free massage,” or “I make dinner tonight.”
• Think of her interests. Does your wife like to read? blog? get pampered? If so…buy her a few new books, a blog makeover, a gift certificate to get a massage.
• You know that thing that your wife has been asking you to do for the last month? Maybe it is to clean the garage or to paint the bathroom. DO IT.
• Let her sleep in.
• Buy her a “When We First Met,” book. These are awesome. I gave one to my hubby on our wedding day.

Hmm……… I wonder if any husbands will even read this.
